A British man who was caught in the middle of a sex scandal is suing topowerful men in the UK over how to be more discreet about his alleged sexual misconduct.
Neil Shaw, 33, has been charged with selling misbranded drugs online, including Viagra and Cialis, which he allegedly had to pay for with a “sh psychosis”.
The suit seeks an order from the British Medicines Board (BMB), claiming the men are being told they have to pay a staggering £1.5m to resolve sexual allegations.

“There is no evidence that this is a major criminal offence.”
The charges relate to the alleged distribution of the drug, Viagra, to the alleged ‘illegal’ customers.
Shaw said: “I am a man of the past who had no idea what was going on. I don’t think this is a serious criminal offence.
“I have been charged with selling drugs without a prescription online in the UK for over a year and the evidence to the contrary is in my possession.”
Shaw was arrested for a sexual misconduct charge on Friday, January 29, at a convenience store in London.The charges were initially being negotiated by a British online pharmacy and had to be resolved before the case was brought to court.
A search of Shaw’s computer and phone revealed that his phone and the tablets were being sold without a prescription.
A search of the internet and a Google search for Viagra revealed that the medication had been purchased by Shaw’s former partner. The man has also been charged with a criminal offence.
Shaw has previously stated that he has “very serious issues” and has spoken to a number of people who have accused him of a number of offences.
The alleged offences involved an alleged scheme by Shaw to sell the drugs without a prescription, including Viagra and Cialis, to the alleged ‘illegal’ customers.
The suit alleges that Shaw’s sales to the alleged ‘illegal’ customers involved money-making and an scheme to hide the facts of his online affairs.

Men in the UK will be able to buy Viagra over the counter after consulting with a pharmacist and without a prescription for the first time today.
ViagraConnect manufacturer, Pfizer, estimates more than a fifth of men aged over 18 in Britain suffer from erectile dysfunction, but almost half of those over 40 have not sought medical help.
The erectile dysfunction drug will be available in 14,000 stores across Britain and via pharmacy websites.
The tablets will be available exclusively from Boots until 10 April.
Those aged 18 and over will be able to buy the tablets following a conversation with a pharmacist or after filling out an online form. Men can ask to speak to a pharmacist in a private consultation room if preferred.
The pharmacists will determine whether treatment is appropriate for the patient and give advice on erectile dysfunction, usage of the medicine and potential side effects. They will advise men to consult with their doctor no less than six months after buying Viagra so that any potential underlying conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or heart disease can be investigated.
A Boots spokesperson said that the man affected by erectile dysfunction should buy the drug themselves wherever practically possible.
Men with severe heart problems, those at high risk of heart problems, liver failure, kidney failure, strokes or those taking certain other medicines, will still need to be prescribed the drug under the supervision of a doctor.
A four-pack of the tablets will cost £19.99 and an eight-pack £34.99.
Men who buy it will be advised that they can take a 50 mg tablet an hour before having sex, but should not use more than one pill a day.
Viagra is is already available as an NHS prescription free of charge for those eligible not to pay for their prescriptions.
